02 Amer BELLIL, Abdelkader MEROUFEL VS PWM inverter feed induction machine using Volts per Hertz Control Scheme  In this article a voltage source inverter (V.S.I) is developed for use in pulse width modulation (P.W.M) speed control systems for three phase a.c motors. This system uses the technique of sine-wave modulation and employs a purpose-designed L.S.I circuit for PMW generation. A constant torque control scheme is employed in order to keep the air-gap flux and consequently the motor output torque constant. Experiments are performed by concentration of the inhibitor, temperature, synergism effect and varying immersion period. OTHMAN, TAHAR BENAISSA, ZAHRA OULD KADA Synthesis, Characterizationand Antibacterial  Activity of Quaternary Ammonium Compounds  Bearing Mixed N-Substituted Groups Sixteen quaternary ammonium bromides [QAB]4(a-d)-7(a-d)bearing mixed N-branches were synthesized by treating n-butyl 2a, cyclohexyl 2b, 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl – D- glucosyl 2c and cholesteryl 2d bromides, separately with n-butyl amine 3a, benzyl amine 3b, N,N-dimethyl amino ethyl-2- methyl acrylate 3c and N,N-diethyl amino ethyl-2- methyl acrylate 3d. N,N-Diphenyl amine 3e failed to react with any bromides within the scope of this work. The synthesized bromides and QAB were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. All compounds were tested for their activity against some gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and some of them exhibited significant antibacterial activities. Lien

Relative controllability of semilinear fractional stochastic control systems in Hilbert spaces
This paper is concerned with the relative controllability for a class of dynamical control systems described by semilinear fractional stochastic differential equations with nonlocal conditions in Hilbert space. Sufficient conditions for relative controllability results are obtained using Schaefer’s fixed point theorem. An example is provided to show the application of our result.

Driss Khodja Computer Simulation Studies of Collision Cascade in Tantalum We simulated the irradiation of tantalum with the MARLOWE code based on the binary collision approximation (BCA).We have studied the temporal evolution of the number of atoms in motion in the cascade and the kinetic energy of the moving recoils for primary knock-on atom (PKA) energy of 10 keV. The effects of Molière, Born-Mayer and the modified Lenz-Jensen (AMLJ) potentials and crystal temperature on the number and the length distribution of replacement sequences were analyzed. Results obtained show that the average number of atoms in motion reaches its maximum at near 200 fs after the beginning of the cascade... Lien

The paper presents a technique for model-based black-box conformance testing of real-time systems using Labeled Prioritized Time Petri Nets (LPrTPN). The Timed Input/Output Conformance (tioco) relation, which takes environment assumptions into account, serves as reference to decide of implementation correctness. La forêt algérienne, actuellement fragile,  a besoin d'être protégée car la déforestation ne cesse de s’accentuer en raison des incendies de forêts répétés. Au cours des deux dernières décennies (1985-2010), les incendies de  forêts ont dévasté l'équivalent de 779 872,11 ha pour un nombre total de 32 354 foyers. Eu égard à cette situation, l’Algérie figure au premier rang des pays qui devraient bénéficier impérativement de strictes mesures de protection puisqu'elle présente de nombreux atouts en rapport avec sa grande diversité biologique et son impact sur l'équilibre socioéconomique du pays. 14 Abdelkrim BERROUKCHE, Miloud SLIMANI, Khaled KAHLOULA, Hafsa KAFI,  Amina CHEIKH Evaluation de l’activité du cadmium, en présence du zinc, sur les structures des tissus régulateurs du métabolisme chez le rat Wistar Le sulfate de Cadmium (CdSO4) et le chlorure de Zinc (ZnCl2) ont des effets antagonistes. Le Cd est connu pour son effet nécrotique et le Zn pour son rôle protecteur. L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer les effets de l’exposition  au Cd sur  l’histologie du foie et des reins chez des rats Wistar  en présence du Zn.  L’étude a porté sur 16 rats, âgés de 4 mois, qui ont été subdivisés en 4 groupes de 4 rats, le 1er groupe recevait par voie orale du Cd (0,15 mg/ kg de poids corporel) pendant un mois, le second groupe a été exposé au Zn à la même dose, un 3e groupe recevait un mélange  (Cd-Zn) et le 4e groupe était le témoin recevant de l’eau de robinet dans les même conditions. Les résultats ont montré que l’exposition des rats au Cd a induit  une diminution de leur poids corporel. 15 Meriem DJEDIANE, Abdelkrim BERROUKCHE, Mohamed TERRAS,   Abderrahmane LABANI Influence de la variation  de la température de combustion dans un moteur Diesel sur  les émissions de polluants (NOx et suies) Le problème majeur du moteur Diesel est la pollution due aux émissions de gaz polluants tels que  le monoxyde de carbone (CO), les hydrocarbures imbrûlés (HC), les particules (suies) et les oxydes d'azote (NOx). Ces polluants ont une influence néfaste sur la santé de l'homme et l’environnement. L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer l’influence de la variation de la température au niveau de la chambre de combustion du moteur Diesel sur  les émissions des polluants NOx et suies. De ce fait, une investigation numérique a été effectuée par l’utilisation du code KIVA-3 –Lite. A  un régime de 1400 tpm du moteur Diesel et à une forte charge, il a été constaté une influence de la variation de la température des composants de la chambre de combustion sur les émissions des polluants (NOx et suies)... This species develops a particularly important root system and is adapted to arid areas. The cellulose, hemicelluloses and pectins were extracted. The cellulose remains the major component of the wall (27% for young roots and 80% for  adult roots), hemicelluloses (14.3% for young roots and 3.6%  for adult roots) and pectins (17.3% for young roots and 4.1% for adult roots). The objective of this study was to evaluate antifungal activities of Origanum compactum extracts against the growth of the phytopathogenic fungus Penicillium digitatum and the corrosion inhibition behavior of carbon steel in 0.5 M sulfuric acid in the presence these extracts have been studied using the weight loss and electrochemical methods. The aerial parts of Origanum compactum, an endemic medicinal plant of the Moroccan North, were extracted with the soxhlet apparatus using the following solvents: petroleum ether, hexane, chloroform and methanol. The results showed that aqueous and methanol 80 % extracts were very effective to control the growth of the fungus with 100% of the inhibition percentage at the concentration of 25g/l. Moreover... Benali Experimental and Theoretical Studies of the Adsorption and Corrosion Inhibition of 6-phenylpyridazine-3(2H)-thione on Carbon Steel in 2.0 M H3PO4 solution  The corrosion inhibition efficiency of 6-phenylpyridazine-3(2H)-thione (PPT) for carbon steel in 2.0 M H3PO4 has been studied using weight loss, polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and SEM techniques.  The results show that PPT is a good inhibitor in 2.0 M H3PO4. Effects of temperature and acid concentration on inhibitive performance were investigated. Polarization curves reveal that PPT acts as a mixed-type inhibitor. 23 Boutkhil Sidaoui, Kaddour Sadouni Efficient Binary Tree Multiclass SVM Using Genetic Algorithms for Vowels Recognition In this paper the authors introduce and investigate the performance of a simple framework for multiclass problems of SVM (support vector machine), the authors present a new architecture named EBTSVM (efficient binary tree multiclass SVM), in order to achieve high classification efficiency for multiclass problems. The proposed paradigm builds a binary tree for multiclass SVM by genetic algorithms with the aim of obtaining optimal partitions for the optimal tree. Our approach is more accurate in the construction of the tree. Further, in the test phase EBTSVM, due to its log complexity, it is much faster than other methods in problems that have big class number. In the context of phonetic classification by EBTSVM machine, a recognition rate of 57.54%, on the 20 vowels of TIMIT corpus was achieved... Lien

27 Fatima KABLI, Reda Mohamed HAMOU, Abdelmalek AMINE SIMILARITY ANALYSIS OF DNA SEQUENCES BASED ON THE CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF NUCLEOTIDE BASES, FREQUENCY AND POSITION OF GROUP MUTATIONS  The DNA sequences similarity analysis approaches have been based on the representation and the frequency of sequences components; however, the position inside sequence is important information for the sequence data. Whereas, insufficient information in sequences representations is important reason that causes poor similarity results. Based on three classifications of the DNA bases according to their chemical properties, the frequencies and average positions of group mutations have been grouped into two twelve-components vectors, the Euclidean distances among introduced vectors applied to compare the coding sequences of the first exon of beta globin gene of 11 species. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is the most common prostate disease in elderly men. A few risk factors have been established for BPH. Aim of this study is to assess the association between dietary factors and BPH. Methods. A retrospective study was performed in Western Algeria during 2006-2012. A total of 320 cases, with histological BPH confirmed, and 320 controls old over 50 years were included in this study. A food frequency questionnaire was used to assess patients’ dietary habits. The odds ratio (ORs) and 95 % confidence intervals (CIs) were estimated by conditional multiple logistic regression models. Results. A significant positive association of more frequent intakes with an increasing BPH risk was found for red meat (OR 2.4 for the greatest versus lowest quartile)... Lien

commune de Maâmora. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons calculé la biomasse aérienne dans
les formations dominées par Lygeum spartum et Arthrophytum scoparium de la région...

Laouedj Competitive Adsorption of Two Basic Dyes RB5 and GB4 on a Local Clay The equilibrium of adsorption of basics dyes RB 5 and BG 4 from a single dyes in the mixtures on the sodium-exchanged clay of the Maghnia (Algeria) was studied. The maximum adsorption capacities of BR5 and BG4 in single dyes were 465.13 and 469.90 mg/g respectively. In the simultaneous adsorption of BR5 and BG4 from mixture solutions, three different initials concentrations ratios R (R=C(BR5)/C(BG4)) were tested: 2.5/1, 1/1 and 1/2.5 using ADMI method. The isotherms adsorptions of dyes from the mixtures are characteristics of competition phenomenon. Segheir Preparation and Evaluation of New Adsorbent (Paper Sludge) in the Treatment of Waste Water of Textile Industry Neutral red5 (BR 5) adsorption from aqueous solution was investigated. New solid adsorbent was prepared from paper sludge incinerated at 250 oC during 2 hours. Experiments were carried out, in batch system, to remove RB5 dye from the synthetic waste water. Maximum adsorption of 374.98 mg/g at pH 5, at room temperature and contact time of 80 min was obtained. The Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were applied to interpret the equilibrium isotherm. Hammouti Inhibiting effects 4,5-Diphenyl-1H-Imidazole-2-Thiol for C38  steel in 1 M HCl : Electrochemical study 4,5-Diphenyl-1H-Imidazole-2-Thiol (DIT) as C38 steel corrosion inhibitor in 1 M HCl solution was  studied by using potentiodynamic polarization and  electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Polarization curves indicate that inhibition efficiencies of DIT increase with increasing inhibitors concentration. Inhibition efficiency of DIT reached 92.74% at 10-2 M. The adsorption of DIT on C38 steel surface obeys the Langmuir isotherm. The negative values of ∆G°ads indicate the spontaneous adsorption of the inhibitor on steel surface. Lien

Angular distributions of secondary electrons have been measured after ionizing electron collisions with methane at primary energy of 350 eV using a conventional electron spectrometer. The theoretical model used is the first and second Born approximations with Gamow factor. It is found that these theoretical calculations are successful to describe the post-collision interaction effects due to the Coulomb long-range interaction between the outgoing electrons in the final state. Les structures des 2-méthyl-2-(R)dioxolanes 3a-e ont été déterminées par spectroscopie de RMN 1H et 13C. Les géométries les plus stables de ces composés ont été alors déterminées et caractérisées par des calculs en utilisant le programme Gaussian 03. Les géométries de ces composés ont été entièrement optimisées au niveau DFT en utilisant la fonctionnelle B3LYP et la base 6-31G(d,p) et identifiées comme minimum sur la surface d’énergie potentiel au même niveau de la théorie. In this paper we present the results of unsupervised classification (clustering) of unstructured data in this case the textual data from Reuters 21578 corpus with a new biomimetic approach using immune systems. Before to experiment the immune systems, we digitalized our data: textual documents from the database REUTERS 21,578 corpus by the approach of N-grams. The novelty lies on the hybridization of the n-grams and immune systems for classification. Section 1 gives an introduction and state of the art, Section 2 presents representation of texts based on the n grams, Section 3 describes the approach of immune systems for clustering, Section 4 shows the experimentation and comparison results and finally Section 5 gives a conclusion and perspectives. L’analyse des donnees a permis de montrer l’importance des saisons dans la comprehension des phenomenes hydrologiques dans ce bassin des regions semi-arides. For stochastic differential equations driven by fractional Brownian motion and standard Brownian motion, we prove that W1HI transportation inequalities hold for the law of its solution on the space of IRd-valued continuous function on [0,T] w.r.t the L1-metric, under some assumptions on the coefficients, via Malliavin calculus.

This paper is concerned with the existence of mild solutions and the approximate controllability for a class of fractional neutral stochastic integro-differential equations with infinite delay in Hilbert spaces. Firstly, a sufficient condition for the existence is obtained under non-Lipschitz conditions by means of Sadovskii’s fixed point theorem. Secondly, the approximate controllability of nonlinear fractional stochastic system is discussed, under the assumption that the corresponding linear system is approximately controllable. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the theory.
