إحياءا ليوم العلم الموافق لـ:16 أفريل من كل سنة و تنفيذا لبرنامج مديرية الحياة الحياة الطلابية بالوزارة، تنظم جامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي تبسة احتفالية بهذه المناسبة، التي يتخللها المسابقة الوطنية للرسم والفنون التشكيلية في طبعتها السادسة ( مسابقة جزائرية – تونسية ) و ذلك يوم 16 أفريل 2025 ابتداء من الساعة التاسعة والنصف صباحا (09.30 سا) بقاعة المحاضرات الكبرى مالك بن نبي بالقطب الجامعي العتيق.
