By virtue of ministerial decree number 1349 dated October 4, 2022, which determines the selection criteria for acceptance into the short-term mobility and skills improvement program abroad.

The University of Martyr Sheikh Larbi Tebessi – Tebessa – announces the opening of the 2024 session for short-term mobility and skills improvement abroad for students and professors registered in the doctorate program and professors from the assistant professor category and administrative and technical staff belonging to category 10 and above and holders of a university degree and registered, and we ask eligible candidates to

  • Selection criteria are the same as those of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the previous year.
  • Paper files will not be accepted.
  • Applications submitted outside the announced period for the 2024 session will not be accepted.
  • Internships for this session will begin after the completion of all scientific, financial, and administrative procedures.
  • Accepted candidates must complete the documents requested by the Directorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Activation, Communication, and Scientific Events.
