On the tenth of September 2020, a coordinating pedagogical meeting was held with representatives of the groups and batches, headed by the rector of the university and the University Services Director and the university’s administrative staff, after the instruction of the Governor aimed at the beginning of the Transport, as well as the ministerial decision N° 633,

The attendees concluded the following points:

• Completion of the graduation notes discussion
• Completion of educational activities, small batches(lessons and exams)
• Preschool exams are for the subjects of the basic units only.
• The period of the second semester exams does not exceed one week.
• The exam duration is one hour (01 h)
• Each college / institute will publish its students’ attendance calendar.Note: It is a duty to respect sanitary rules and preventive measures
