This morning, the 25th of August 2020, in the lecture hall of the university, a scientific council meeting was held in an exceptional session, under the supervision of the president of the university and the presence of the vice-chancellors and the president of the bureau as well as the general secretary of the university and the presence of the deans of the colleges, the directors of the institutes and the heads of the scientific councils, the representatives of the professors of the faculties, the representatives of Assistant professors responsible for the central library, where it was discussed:
